Assessment is $55, and it comes off the price if you go ahead with the repair or buy a new machine from us.

Assessment fee
We charge $55 to assess your machine and work out what it needs. If you go ahead with the repair, or buy a new machine from us instead, the $55 comes off that price. If you decide to do nothing, the $55 is payable when you collect the machine.

Factory 8, 9B Gravel Pits Road, South Geelong. Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:30pm, Sat 10:00am–2:00pm (Saturday hours can vary).

02 — We assess
We diagnose the machine and call you with a quote before touching anything. Assessment is $55, and it comes off the price if you go ahead.

03 — Pick up
Approve the quote, we do the work, you collect. Simple.
Our repair warranty
All repairs carried out by Geelong Pressure Washers include a 3-month warranty on parts and materials supplied. If a part we've fitted fails within that period under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty covers the components we supply and install; it does not extend to unrelated faults, wear items, or damage caused by misuse. Warranty claims need your original receipt or invoice, so please keep it.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
